The SAYTO command is used to direct your speech to another person in particular. It is mostly identical to the SAY command, and is just meant to be a sort of stage direction, indicating who your character is looking at or directing a particular statement to. Use of it can greatly reduce confusion when many people are speaking at once.
To use this command, type the SAYTO command followed by a person's first or last name, then what you wish to say. Instead of SAYTO, a tilde (~) or hyphen (-) can be used immediately in front of a person's name. Note that "sayto" has no space.
Example: sayto andrew I've heard that one before.
Example: ~andrew I've heard that one before.
Example: -andrew I've heard that one before.
Result: You say to Andrew, "I've heard that one before."
