- A right-wing, slightly authoritarian party with a focus on tradition and Old Earth.
LIBERALS
Current leader: Maximilian Gavrilenko.
- A left-wing, progressive party focused on League growth. Very socialist.
The most notable minor political parties of the League are:
LEAGUE REFORM
Current leader: Angus Wright
- A party with policies focused on bringing the other alliances back into the fold of the League.
- There have been constant rumors that the League Reform party has links to terrorist organisations, but this has never been proven.
DEMOCRATIC SOCIALISTS
Current leader: Oliver Jackson
- More moderate than the Liberals, but still slightly left-wing.
REPUBLICANS
Current leader: Dr. David Powell
- More right-wing than the Conservatives, and very authoritarian.
GREEN PARTY
Current leader: Yehma Havero
- A slightly left-wing party, with a major focus on policies involving environmental protections and preservation of the natural world.
TERRA FIRST
Current leader: Sir Harold Smythe
- A very right-wing, authoritarian party. Primary policy is to leave the Accord and end all strong diplomatic ties to the other alliances.
EARTH FOR EARTHERS
Current leader: The Right Honorable Enoch Mosley
- An extremely right-wing political party that wants to remove power from the colonies so that Earth can regain its former glory.
YES2ACCORD
Current leader: Tolly McGregor
- A single issue party, was previously 'YES2COALITION'. Pro-Accord and Pro-EAOS, wants stronger ties to both.
MONSTER RAVING LOONY PARTY
Current leader: Meretricious Marquis Michael Milliner
- A satrical party designed to both show the ridiculousness of the current parties and to point out how little people care about reality. Ironically, the Loony party has probably had more policies become law over its lifetime than almost any other.
