Help: Garage

You may occasionally find your ship in a garage. To move it back to a landing pad, you merely have to attempt to enter your ship from the landing pad as normal, and you will automatically have your ship transported. Alternatively, you may go to the garage, enter TRANSPORT, and select your ship.
