The credit chip is a small disposable device used internally by the EAOS since shortly after the introduction of the EAOS credit. Nowadays, credit chips are distributed at many respectable places where you may or may not be able to purchase mailable letters and other containment devices.
Credit chip commands:
- FILL [chip] - Fills a credit chip with EAOS credits.
- DRAIN [chip] - Drains a credit chip of its contents. Only usable by the sender/filler or its addressed recipient if addressed. If unaddressed, the credit chip is drainable by anyone.
- READ [chip] - Read an attached note on a credit chip.
- WRITE [chip] - Attach a note to a credit chip.
